I have been coming to this facility for months now. The only concern I have at this point is housekeeping. My relative's room is always has crumbs on the floor and under the bed. Most times I clean up the crumbs myself. Housekeeping should make rounds ensuring all rooms are free from crumbs, trash and etc. I hope this is communicated to the proper people. I am a neat freak and I want my relative to be in clean and safe environment. Nothing more, nothing less. It should be a better system on how they wash the residents clothes as well. But overall most of the staff are very friendly.

If you care anything about your love one please please please stay away from this place My wife was taken there for a short time(THANK GOD)When I arrived a few hours later I could here her screaming in pain as I entered the facility, when I approached the nursing desk I asked what room was my wife in and they all pointed to her room with absolutely no concern what so ever. The hallways and her room smelled of urine and feces Only when I asked to speak with the supervisor they responded to her needs I got her out of there quick fast and in a hurry

My brother was transferred from another facility when he was in danger of losing his toes. Not only did they do the proper care to save his toes and heal his wounds but has taken his first steps in over a year. So grateful for the care he received

My wife and I thinks this place needs help. My wife tells me constantly that things don't get done on time or not at all. She is still there so I can't be to specific. Phone calls are not returned . Simple things like brushing her teeth and getting her a shower are done little or not at all.Have meeting to improve her being taken care of better go undone and unanswered. A lot of the problems are that the nurses are terribly understaffed and have to much work to be able to take care of the patients properly. I wish I could afford a better place for my wife but I can't and it breaks my heart having to leave her there after a visit. If you can afford a better place then I recommend doing it. Well, Well, I had to lower my review to a one star. I wish that you had a negative star because this place has become even worse. Something NEEDS to be done with Nursing Homes and their inferior and sometimes Deadly Treatment of patients. It took over 45 minutes for somebody to get her a drink of water. 2 1/2 hours to change her wet bed sheets. Both #1 & #2. Please if you can afford a better place for your loved ones. I Will for ever regret sending her to this place. Please don't make the same mistake that I did.

My mom was only at the nursing home for three weeks before she passed. I was nervous about placing her there because she had been there for a month 3 yrs ago when it was Autumn Lake and I wasn't truly happy with the care she had received at that time. It's been under new management since November. I felt the care she received this time was very good.during the short time she was there. The staff seems to work well together. The staff was very attentive, friendly and caring. They welcomed suggestions and were very forthcoming with information about my mom's care and how they were treating certain medical issues.
