Really odd how bad reviews on this company iare taken down after my experience with them. I totally understand. Why? Because the company is a paper company only. If I could give negative star I would!

Rena and Terry were fabulous when my mother fell and I had to bring her home with me. They helped me get a wheelchair and a CNA to come out and help my mom bathe. Very helpful and very nice and caring.

Yes. Cherokee Home Health is a Medicare-certified home health agency, so Medicare Part A or Part B pays in full for skilled nursing, therapy and home health aide visits when a doctor orders them and the patient is homebound. For Medicare to pay, yes: a doctor, nurse practitioner or physician assistant must certify that care is needed and sign a plan of care.
