Preston Manor Adult Home

Preston Manor is a residential care home in Oxford, New York, operated by the Chenango County Department of Social Services. Located in a country setting seven miles west of Norwich on County Road 4, it accommodates 48 ambulatory residents who do not require nursing care but may need assistance or supervision.
