A complete failure of business. It isn't the aides that are the problem, it's the management. They seem to have no clue they're in not only the people business. But the people in need business. I tried my hardest to stay a client. But they not only can't seem to staff, the simplest needs of clients. Management will lie to your face with a giggle, and a smile. I've had enough of the useless rudeness. And am moving on ....
