I can't say enough good things about Chateaux Serenity. The staff, and especially Miss V have given my mother the best care she could possibly get. I was worried that putting her into a memory care facility would upset her and cause her to want to go home. But she feels like she is home there, I could not have found a more perfect place for her. And she has made friends with the residents there. The facility is a residential home environment - very clean and nicely furnished with amazing meals served to the residents. My mother is prone to complaining about things when she isn't happy, but she loves the people, the food and the facility. No complaints here. The caring staff treats all of the residents with compassion you don't find often. We found my mom's forever home!

Our mom has been living at Chateaux Serenity for several months now. She is safe and happy surrounded by a lovely group of residents and a sweet caring staff. The facilities are great and the home style environment is comfortable for mom and us when we visit. If there are any issues, the staff informs me right away so we can work out what to do. If you are looking for a nice place for mom or dad, go see Mrs. V for a lovely visit.

My Mom moved into Chateaux Serenity in February, 2025. The home is beautiful and everything is new, clean and comfortable for all of the residents. The backyard is wonderful as is the welcoming front porch where my Mom loves to sit out and enjoy the fresh air. For my Mom‘s birthday, Miss V had the sweetest party with appetizers, grilled food, sides and desserts, along with bringing in an entertainer who played piano and guitar for everyone. I can’t say enough about the love and care my Mom receives from Miss V and the whole staff. Mom and all the residents are treated like family. Thank you, Miss V, for having the kindest heart with all of them. We could not have found a better place for Mom!
