Please keep in mind 4 stars is by no means a bad rating. Chariton Specialty Care does an excellent job of taking care of my mother. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 Star review is that there is too much staff turnover. Chariton is blessed to have such a facility.

I took my mother here and removed her within 48 hrs, filthy, smells, wall paper peeling off the room walls, doesn't match the video they show to get you to come in. Had to fight to get her released from paperwork even though they had me sign paperwork the day I took her out. Had to go above them to get that done. Disgusting place.

Absolutely the worst facility ever. I have worked in the medical field for a long time and never in my 20 years have I ever seen such abuse and neglect until my mother in law was there. Because of them she could lose her foot. I will be contacting stay and police to report such behavior and care. They should be closed!
