I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you for the exceptional care, kindness, and compassion you showed my dad during the year and a half that he lived with you.<br><br>Knowing that he was surrounded by people who genuinely cared about his well-being brought our family tremendous comfort and peace of mind. You didn’t just provide care—you treated him with dignity, respect, patience, and love. I Am Serving Generations Foundations found Chapter’s Living on a sunny day in March. We asked if we could help their senior living residents and were welcomed with open arms. Monica is extremely proficient and creative in all events planned and in caring for the residents. We are grateful and excited for our partnership!

I really liked touring the facility back in April 2026, they loved my mom and thought she was a great fit. I also loved the memory care director Monica.<br><br>Since April the nurse was let go and now they have a regional nurse covering from what I understand. The Sales Director - Stacy is not the right fit for the position he has. My brief interaction with him was very negative in June 2026.<br><br>He came to see my mom for a video assessment with the regional nurse which never took place. She was suppose to call us at 3 pm and by 3:35 I told him we need to reschedule.<br><br>He made excuses saying we have so much going on she is on the phone with her boss. I think communities forget who the customer is and who the provider is.<br><br>The location is nice but dealing with Stacy was not a pleasant experience. He still has the mentality of an Executive Director where you shall bow to me since I am in charge.<br><br>With his attitude not sure how he is going to fill the place.<br><br>Update 8-July-26: I emailed the email address provide by the respondent at the community on June 30, 2026 and never heard back. If you email that address please do not expect anything to happen or a response. Shocking that so many reviews were just posted 4-5 days ago to increase their overall review score. Looks very suspicious to me how all of a sudden so many gave 5 star reviews when for several months very few reviews were given.
