Sat there for 61/2 half hours. All the staff was polite accept for 1 individual. A supervisor on top of that. She was so upset that I asked. How long is it gonna take for a room? When I was already admitted, I thought I sat there for 8 hours but I was wrong, it was 61/2. That's still long. She was so mad like he's only been here for 61/2 hours, not 8 supervisor saidall this.

So father just had surgery and they placed him in the icu. I just got there and just wanted to get information so I can pass it along to the family. As I was walking into the icu, I saw them roll my dad in there. A nurse came out to me so incan get the information. The nurse came out and said, "you saw the bodyright?" Although It seems my dad was fine, I corrected the nurse and said, you shouldn't be saying the body, you should say, you saw him or something else. It has a bad connotations to dehumanizing their patience. Thanks all and hope my dad will be okay.

I had a mixed but mostly positive experience at Chapman Global Medical Center in Orange. The hospital feels older and could use some updates, and communication could be better in certain areas. However, the nurses and medical staff were kind, professional, and attentive. During a stressful time, they made us feel supported and cared for. Overall, the staff made the biggest difference in our experience.
