My family member was treated like a dog while at this facility, the staff was horrible to say the least, they would feed the residents whenever they felt like it, and the food was the worse This place should be closed asap, they have the residents walking around like zombies, I know sometimes you’ll run into bad nursing facilities, But this has got to be the worst!

There has been raw Sewage coming through my fathers floor. I have tried calling several times and beyond the front desk I get sent straight to a voicemail box with no one returning my calls. As soon as you walk in the room, it just smells like a septic tank immediately. It has been this way for over a week and it is not just remnants from a flooded toilet to have this much liquid still underneath it and the entire florist sticky with residue coming up from the bottom. There is no acceptable response other than the total replacement of the flooring and the bottom portion of the drywall after repairing the leak.
