I had a wonderful experience visiting this facility! The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and courteous. Stephanie is an absolute ray of sunshine—her warmth and genuine care for the residents truly stood out. Lacangela was also attentive, compassionate, and made us feel right at home.<br><br>The facility itself was spotless and exceptionally well maintained. During our visit, the residents were enjoying a live musician and meals prepared by a chef, which showed how much effort goes into creating a fun, engaging, and enriching environment. It is easily one of the cleanest memory care facilities I’ve visited. You can tell the team genuinely cares about both the residents and their families. Highly recommend!

Certus has been amazing to deal with. Terry and staff have been terrific, kind and patient. They have a great daily program for the residents along with very nice amenities. We had to place my mother in law in the care of Certus. Terry and staff made the transition so much easier for us. The support we continue to receive from Certus makes us feel like a part of the Certus family.

I AM TOTALLY IMPRESSED WITH THIS MEMORY CARE FACILITY<br>I have researched several facility in the area and Certus is the best in the area..It is clean ,well organized and the stall is always there to watch the residents to make sure they are safe and happy. The facility is well laid out with separate area for social interaction, entertainment, T.V. and dining area. I am sure my wife will be happy there after her experience with the two day program she been going to for the last month.I look forward to bringing her here to be SAFE and HAPPY.

My dad had a broken hip for over a week. I was out of town and sent in a mobile X-ray when it was found. Not impressed at all with this place.
