I'm one year away from being a senior and I would want to live in this place pristine clean and beautiful and safety 24/7 that's what I want. Until I can get money to afford a unit there would be lovely or rent one somebody hit me up and let me know.

HOA fee continues to increase; it is really high (over$700) As of 2026, the HOA increased again. It is too high- now somewhere around $800<br><br>The community is generally well maintained. However, the industrial size dumpsters are disappointing and completely unsanitary for Seniors. At least place hand sanitizer dispensers at these for residents. When I called a while ago to discuss this with the HOA office the pleasant person in the office decided to hang up on me when I was discussing this- very professional.
