I did not have an issue with this company until nurse Kaylen Kriegr came to visit my mother one morning. The caregiver I had hired had not shown up that morning. I already had my mother up, dressed and eating when Kaylen arrived. I told her the caregiver had not show up and I had issues with several not showing up. I also showed her where my mother had gotten sick during the night. She said she needed to go to the hospital immediately and called an ambulance for a non emergency transport. The next day the social worker at the hospital told me that Kaylen had reported me to senior services for elder abuse. I called Kaylen and asked her why, she said it was because the caregiver had not shown up. I fail to see how this was any of her business since she was not paying for the caregiver and mom had been taken care of. This cause so much undue stress for me and my mother at a time when we needed help instead of someone intruding into our business. Senior services did come out and saw that everything was okay and case was closed. They were also baffled by why this nurse wasted their time and our time making a false report. I would not recommend this company for any reason. I feel this nurse needs to be reprimanded and trained on how to handle elderly clients and their families. Not professional at all.

Very happy with home health care following my husband's complete knee replacement. Very knowledgeable and caring. I would recommend their services.
