The real name of this company is Rockford Healthcare Services. You are encouraged to go to that website to read reviews about this facility. I encourage you to do so before placing a loved one here. This company continues to put tenants will being secondary to their safety. This company operates without much consideration to the rules and regulations set by the health department. Profits are placed over animals safety and well-being.

I called to find a person. I was on hold for over 20 mins- Everyone, I spoke with was rude, cut me off in the middle of a sentence. Kept putting me on hold, passing me from one person to another- Glad my family Member is not there-I would not after this experience place my family there,
