I don't have anything nice to say about this place , my soulmate confided in me that when I leave from a visit they can become verbally and physically abusive with the patients including her she just passed away November 13, 2025 , she was 86 years old. I noticed they last couple of times I visited her , They moved her portable table , because I usually bring her ice-cream and she needed a table to eat her ice-cream on , mean time her roommate always had a portable table to eat on which led me to think befor her death was she being properly fed , I asked them , they kind of danced around the answer they wouldn't give me a definite yes or no , and left her soiled for a good while knowing she's not capable of changing herself and they would get very upset because they had to clean and change her ,although they neglected her, this place should be investigated, I'd think she'd still be here with us,for for a little while longer if she was properly taken care of.

My experience has been good. Had some problems in the beginning with staff but concerns were addresses. Social services had made it easy to express my concerns. Administrator addresses the residents needs immediately. Therapy progress for my relative has progressed significantly. Thanks to the entire team!

i cannot say enough good things about the staff at Inglewood Health Care Center. I love the fact that I am constantly receiving updates/status reports regarding my uncle. They are always on top notifying me of changes in his medicines, and other issues regarding his condition and the facility changes as well. Everyone i have come in contact with has been super nice and informative. I'm impressed with the attitudes and knowledge of all of the nurses/caregivers. It is so important to me and my family that the persons taking care of our loved one is kind and respectful and this is exactly what we (he) has received. Thanks so much to this wonderful staff and i would highly recommend this facility for your loved one.

This place is AWFUL. If your family member is forced to stay here PLEASE check on them daily because they will be DANGEROUSLY neglected. They completely mistreat their patients. It is dirty and the staff is rude. One of the nurses purposely dropped my dad face first in his bed (with a freshly broken nose mind you) because she was trying to "prove a point" (her exact words) - which then resulted in him getting an infection in his face because they reopened the wound and refused to clean it daily. My dad also had a fractured spine so he was unable to walk on his own. They refused to take him to the bathroom leaving him soiled for HOURS, sometimes overnight. There is a bedside button to call the nurses but they IGNORE IT entirely. I witnessed with my own eyes, pressing the button and being completely ignored on multiple occasions for HOURS. What if there was a serious emergency?! Not only that, when I would go out to ask for help (since the button was being ignored) the staff would be no where to be found because everyone was taking their break at the same time, leaving all of these elderly patients to fend for themselves. I had to stay there 8 hours a day, everyday, until visiting hours were over because I was so afraid they were going to neglect my dad to the point of fatality. We had to fight to get him discharged and when we finally did, one of his (4) roommate(s) CRIED because he knew once we left, no one would be there to hold staff accountable and the neglect would continue and worsen. They lost my dad's clothes and his glasses. They constantly had my him wearing someone else's clothes and there was times I would get there and they wouldn't even have him clothed!!! Literally would have him sitting in his underwear. They refused to get him blankets at night while he was freezing (he's anemic). I witnessed a nurse tell an elderly patient "my kids won't send me to a nursing home because they actually love me". I wish I was kidding. I believe their directors name is Royalee and she is so incredibly unprofessional it is no wonder this place runs more like a prison than a nursing facility. All of this is only scratching the surface, I cannot stress enough what a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE this place is. Your family member WILL be neglected here, your family member WILL be mistreated here. Your family member IS NOT SAFE here. I would not wish this place on my worst enemy.
