My wife and I have had multiple agencies. Centerwell is the best. I’ve asked every nurse that’s came here with help with a shower and everyone has always said it wasn’t their job. I had a RN Jenny and asked her and without hesitation she said come on, and gave me a shower. Today, the same thing. Quite literally an angel.

All the reviews seem to be a year ago. So far we haven’t had a good experience with them for my mom. Seem to get the run around about when the nurse or Pt is going to come or get a call that the person has to reschedule or they don’t show.I know that being on Medicare/ Medicaid seems to make care less than because of their rules. But we shouldn’t feel that way. When a person comes home from a major surgery they just want to recover and have good home health care to help on that recovery. There should be no excuses if one nurse/ therapist can’t come maybe another should be sent in their place. Not the patients fault they are over booked. We really thought our mom would get better care with home health than in a nursing home. Please do better. Because if ever having to use home health again given the choice we would not use your services. We have had to call numerous times just to find out if or when someone is coming. We shouldn’t have to do that. I’m not one to usually complain but this is our mom and she deserves the best care that can be given. And I also know the person on the phone that answers can’t control what happens.

I recently had a pacemaker removed. The nurses that took care of my wound were amazing. Very professional, compassionate, overall very knowledgeable in what they were doing.. Great Job Ladies!!!
