Everyone that we have interacted with, whether telephonically or in person, have been kind, caring and professional. They've provided great care to my mom and given wonderful support to me and my family in regards to the needs of my mom. I am very grateful for the services provided. Thank you for the peace of mind.

I have had my PT @ home by Centerwell/ kindred several times and they are WONDERFUL! Rose & Randi are so kind and knowledgeable! I am a former RN and have had more surgery than I care to count. They make my recoveries bearable!

Called and talked to a gal about my referral, was not sure If I wanted my wife to have Kindred or back to envision but she was so nice and informative, I would tell all my friends to come here for the team. I think the gals name was either amanda or samantha, ask to talk to her when you call she figured the whole shabang out for us after the hospital just sent my wife home with nothing.

My mom has been a patient for years. She had a hospital stay and came home with a bed sore. Her Dr said that Home Health would assess and set up care, but that if they wanted a signed order he would send one. Apparently this is 'standard practice'. Her therapists for PT/OT/Speech have been in multiple times. They've indicated each time that they've submitted the request to be assessed by a nurse for wound care. She's now THREE WEEKS out of the hospital with a bed sore. I've called a couple of times and not received any help. Today I was actually routed to their Tacoma office and told that the Puyallup office had forwarded their phones, but they weren't able to do anything to help. But they could tell me that they have someone scheduled for next week. So, three weeks without wound care is apparently OK.
