I was in really bad shape when Centerwell stepped in to help. I have made really good progress and feel more like myself! All of the staff have been so supportive to me especially Lisa And Shawn!

My husband, William Cassidy III, is the patient for in-home care. We have had excellent professionals caring for him. The nurse, Kristi, has been a wealth of helpful information and invaluable recommendations. The OT, Lisa, has been spot-on with her recommendations for balance and strengthening exercises. They both have been personable and very effective in their care. We consider ourselves fortunate to have each of these caregiver assigned to us.

Trevor was excellent! Previous review mentioned him being late. He was late a few times because his previous ran late. He took his time with my husband just as he did his other clients I'm sure. As far as nursing goes I guess I expected more but times have changed since we had home health in the past.

I don’t even give one start . This is another company that just wants to bill an do nothing . Do not let these people care for anyone you care about . Nurses just check bp an leave physical therapy guy Trever seems he don’t ever want to work makes more excuses or try’s show up 4 hours after time he says he will arrive and do nothing no thearpy and supervisor Missy rather drop people then address their staff an issues and 0 communication when all boils down to us medical neglect which btw for them is illegal an I hope Medicare an Medicaid and irs catches wind of y’all’s faulting billing!!! Not there 3 mins bills a hour!! Or don’t show a still bills!! Which I’ll be reporting as well all the way to the state!!

Every physical therapy person was so nice and concerned about how I was doing on every visit. The nurses were wonderful. When I called anyone everyone called me back within 30 minutes. Center Well is blessed to have such caring people working for them. I would definitely recommend these people to anyone needing any type of home health.
