This is the worst company. I had my surgery Jan. 6,2026. I was supposed to get physical therapy at home. They kept telling me several times someone would call and schedule me a time. It is now Jan. 15 and still no physical therapy. I will file a complaint.

All of the staff that we have encountered at CenterWell have been wonderful and professional. I couldn’t ask for better service from their physical therapy department. They treat my Dad like he’s family.

I enjoyed my experiences with CenterWell Home Health. They are patient and knowledgeable. They never seemed to be in a hurry to move to the next client. Sometimes you need a conversation with others. The conversations were not about health but about life and our experiences. I felt more important and encouraged after each visit. Thank You for caring about me.

I am very pleased with the CenterWell family. They called a day ahead and confirmed the visit, they came on my time, and were very prompt. The rehab girls were friendly, and made me feel comfortable. (Especially Allison) Dr. Patel developed a great regimen for me to do with the helper, and also do at home. They cared, and that means alot to homebound people. Yes, I would use them again!

They’re all wonderful!! And I seriously mean that… Janelle from PT is my favorite! So if you get her you got it good. But they’re all patient, loving, kind, careful, and friendly. They treat you how you would want your parents to be treated, OR even your children! And that says a lot.!!! Thank you for helping me and thank you for being too good at your jobs? 😘😘 To my nurses , my physical therapists and occupational therapists. You all did great 😊 Thank you
