My husband came out of the hospital in March of 2025 with 2 wound vacs and an ostomy bag that would not adhere to his skin. Just honestly a nightmare! We had center well 3 days a week which every visit was a different nurse coming in and out of our home. I was told I was suppose to stay in the room with him and the nurse which I had been!! Then just because I was aggravated about not being able to keep an ostomy bag on him for more than 24 hours they must have thought I was abusing him sent out a social worker which saw real quick that wasn’t the case. We finally got another home health care in the area that was excellent!! Knew wound care and sent specialist in ostomy bags and what to do to keep it from coming loose and making a mess!! I pray no one has to go through what we did with this company. I would never recommend this company and one nurse I had to show her how to work the wound vac!! The worst part was a different nurse every visit. We did however complain and they tried to send less nurses toward the end. But the other company cared for him perfect for the next 8 months!!

Center well Home Health has been a great asset to me. I had surgery for MEINERES in 2001 thinking the issues with my left side was over. I had numerous therapies for balance and over the past 25 years. I have lost the ability to know when it is going to be triggered by imbalance therefore, I feel that the partnership that I have had with Center Well has been so unbelievable. I have had a group of people from Center Well to help me realize that I am having to change my lifestyle the way I look at what I do and how I do it. I am so thankful for them.

Tim has got to be one of your best employees, if not the best. He is the best PT Ive every had. Tim with me is more like a high paid "personal trainer". On the first or second visit he wanted to know my goals....my walking was still shaky, I used a walker when needed....I had not been able to walk up my driveway ( slight incline) for over 3 years so that was 1 goal. We worked on pre exersizes and of course the first sessio m was his evaluation of my abilities at that time. On the 3rd visit we walked up the driveway and back down, 200 ft each way, I jumped up and down with joy !!! This was a major accomplishment for me, gaining back some of my mobility...I cried a few tears of joy....at the end of each session we do the driveway walk at my urging...We are up to 2 times now.... He is a great guy. Thank you, Mike Smith ( James M. Smith).. Pic is me at top of driveway, I had Tim take my pic for this joyous event! 2nd pic was to be in good enough shape to walk my daughter down the aisle at her wedding last weekend :)

Kendall's visits are the highlight of my day. She is very knowledgeable, very professional, listens to my concerns, answers very question no matter how many times I repeat myself, has an excellent sense of humor, and is a delight to be with. After spending a few minutes with her, you know that she cares about you and wants you to have the very best health. Her charisma takes over any room she enters. Her big smile, wonderful personality, and her big heart make her a natural born nurse!! 💜🌹💜

This is Dave Blozy. I'm recovering from a surgery and I am very happy with the services offered by Centerwell Home Health. I am impressed and conformable with everyone I met. However, my favorite is Anna, a PT Specialist. She is always happy and it is obvious that she enjoys her work. She communicates well and is always on time. Besides being knowledgeable, she is just a nice and caring person.
