This is a 55 plus community. Has Beautiful Club House and gym. Indoor and Outdoor pool. Well maintained homes and townhomes. Two ponds and plenty of out door games surround the club house.

If you value any semblance of flexibility with neighbors and/or a welcoming environment...this is not the place. I am staying with my sister who is about to have a hip replacement...basically living here until she is strong. I need to stay fit physically to help her and have been quietly accessing their meager fitness facilities. The property manager actually approached me today and asked me to leave. She said "guests" were not allowed. She even waited until I left. Honestly, really?

My in-laws live here and it is a really nice and quiet 55 plus community. The homes are nice, the clubhouse is great and has billiards, ping pong, shuffleboard. There is a decent fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a nice little lake with a path that goes around.
