This place was amazing for me and my clients. Chi the manager is awesome to work with. The complex is quiet and affordable with utilities included. I recommend thia place for low income housing!!!💯🙌🏽

I loved it here when I first moved in. The former manager, Mark, seemed to really care about residents. We've gotten a new manager who doesn't. I tried three times to get the new code to back gate and was told 'too busy'. We had bingo and art but there are no more activities. If one complains, they could get kicked out I hope I don't.

I moved into Catalina Village two weeks ago and the staff at Catalina Village are friendly and made me feel welcomed and helped me with a couple of problems that I had. The complex is very clean and the residents are very friendly and helpful.

Good safe place for low housing people, it's got security 24/7. Management and matience is extremely friendly and courteous. They have a system of doing things that is effective. Yes there are rules but it's also for people's safety and keeping things running smoothly. I live in the single floor apts, they are definitely safer here than a lot of other properties in the area!
