Castle Argyle

Castle Argyle is an affordable senior housing community located in Hollywood, Los Angeles, California, a few blocks from Hollywood Boulevard and the Hollywood Walk of Fame, close to the Metro Red Line. The community serves low income seniors aged 62 or older and disabled adults over age 18.

The community comprises 96 apartments, offering studio and one-bedroom units designed for residents seeking independent living with support services.

Castle Argyle welcomes pets, including common household pets and service or assistance animals. Pet rules are established to maintain a safe and sanitary living environment, covering registration, inoculation, waste disposal, and restraint in common areas. Assistance animals and their owners are exempt from general pet rules, though owners remain responsible for care, maintenance, and proper waste disposal.

The community operates a non-smoking policy throughout all premises. Residents must sign a non-smoking agreement and agree that neither they nor their guests will smoke in apartments or anywhere on the property.
