As a healthcare provider, I visit nursing homes throughout the week and have the opportunity to see firsthand how different facilities care for their residents. I have been coming to Cass Valley for well over a year now, and I can confidently say that the level of care here stands out. Of all the facilities I visit, the staff at Cass Valley demonstrate a genuine level of compassion and concern for the residents that is rare to see. There is a true sense of family here. The staff consistently treat residents with dignity, patience, and kindness, and it is clear they care for them as if they were their own family members. Working in many different facilities has given me a unique perspective, and Cass Valley is one of the few places where you can truly feel how much the staff cares about the people they serve.

I had the privilege to visit with a gentleman at Cass Valley and share some Bible verses and encouragement upon his request. I was welcomed by staff and administrators and afforded all the courtesy and respect that a visitor could expect. My experience assured me that all those there are in loving and caring hands. Thank you, Cass Valley!
