BEWARE if you’re not Armenian or don’t speak the language. They opened their waitlist this week so I assisted my elderly mother with the application process. When we called, the lady that answered immediately spoke to us in Armenian, but we do not speak Armenian language. We told her this and her demeanor completely changed. She was very rude and clearly did not want to assist us because we are not of the same ethnicity. This is truly disturbing because this is a MAJOR breach of fair housing laws. I have worked in the leasing/housing world for many years and NEVER have I had someone be completely rude and dismissive after learning about my race. This is a MAJOR violation of fair housing laws and the city of Glendale needs to investigate this place further. Based on what we saw and other reviews, we dodged a bullet. Place looks dirty and gross anyway. This is not a place I would ever want my mother to live at.

This place is called casa de la paloma which is a spanish name but the staff doesn’t allowed you to use the restroom if you’re not armenian ive been to more luxury places in beverly hills with clean restrooms and they treat you like home but this place is trashy and dirty Elevator smells like cigarettes

Be.group is corporation that has higher respect for profit then for seniors. Be.group has evicted all the seniors from their Twelve Oaks property, an endowment property in Trust that be.group paid nothing (zero) for. Minimum legal eviction time was given to the seniors.
