I love the opportunity of living here in a non prejudiced environment. The residents in this building get along like family and the manager (Beth) treats us like we're her parents. The place is well maintained and they offer a lot of services and activities for residents. I couldn't ask for a better place to live! Thank you!!!

Terrible!!! I am 71 years old and lived at Carson Retirement Sarah Street Townhomes for almost two years. Firstly, I wasn't told about the many resident inspections on signing the lease until I had lived there for two weeks to three months. I had to pull it out of management. Secondly, if you enjoy washing yourself and bathing don't move there! I had over 11 maintenance men and two of their own plumbers come into my home to look at the water heater and plumbing which would only give me hot water for five minutes then it went to cold water! The place is a nightmare!!! I pay electricity and gas and management pays water. I'm not saving any money on water by not staying in the shower very long, but someone is. Also the walls are so thin you'll think someone else is living inside your home. My bedrooms are on the top floor but it sounds like my neighbors are walking above my head! The garbage dumpsters and the mailboxes are are 360 degrees behind your living area so you will need to walk in a circle around other homes to get to the garbage and your mail. Living here is one of the worst mistakes a person can make!!
