The PT staff are dedicated and knowledgeable of their jobs. They take into account the emotional toll that recovery can place on an individual. When they are done providing rehabilitation, you feel confident with the training they provide to you. I thank the entire Carroll Park team with the services provided to me I know I'm going home safely soon.

I do not normally leave reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience with Carroll Park Healthcare. I have witnessed ongoing unprofessional and concerning behavior during multiple visits. On one occasion, staff at the front desk were engaging in inappropriate physical contact and behavior while on duty. On another visit, I overheard staff discussing a resident who had fallen in the bathroom and was left unattended, with no urgency shown in responding to the situation. One staff member even expressed frustration instead of concern. Communication has also been extremely poor. I have made multiple attempts to follow up on important paperwork related to my father’s SSI, and despite repeated requests from SSI, the facility has failed to respond, causing delays. It is also extremely difficult to reach anyone by phone. When I call, I am repeatedly transferred to lines that go unanswered. The front desk is often unable to provide any answers, and I have been trying for weeks to speak with a social worker with no success. Calls are not returned. Visitation has been inconsistent and confusing, with different rules being enforced each time I visit. On my first visit, I was sent upstairs without assistance and was unable to locate any staff for an extended period of time. Most concerning, my father has complained multiple times about not receiving enough food, which has forced me to bring meals myself. Based on my experiences, there appears to be a lack of professionalism, organization, and accountability. I hope this review encourages proper oversight and improvements for the sake of the residents.

My Uncle has been an occupant at this facility at least three times and each time he has to be placed in rehab he request to go here. I personally agree with his choice because the facility is very clean. Thr staff are all kind and welcoming and they don't mind helping unlike most facilities such as this one. They usually have a bad sent from the time you walk in the food. When upu walk in the doors at Carroll Park it fills like you're walking into the lobby of an high-rise luxury apartment building. They have refreshing infused water available at the entrance and the receptionist always greet you with a smile. Asia is so kind. The admitting director Tia is so caring. The hospitality is Top Tier. You won't have to worry about your love ones while their at Carrol Park.

My mother was sent here after coming off life support and her motor functions does not work correctly well the staff here are very unprofessional and abusive physically and verbally to patients they refuse to feed whomever can't feed themselves for example my mother they will leave them in their own excrement for hours upon hours before finally attending to them so my mother started to blast the abuse taking place there so they came up with a plan to make her fall on the floor to get rid of her and we refused to let her return so great advice if you love your love ones and care for them to get well and better this is not the place to send them because sending them here is the same thing as sending them to their grave I promise you that!!! This place is beyond terrible and horrible 😞 😢 very inhumane nobody deserves to be treated the way this place treats you!!! Plz everyone who can see this do not send nobody here or if ya did without the knowledge of what they do here remove your love one!!! We've reported this place to the state and higher so believe me we're trying to shut them down for good 👍 thank you for reading this i hope it helps everyone decide not to make this same mistake we did!!!

I cannot say enough positive things about Carroll Park Rehabilitation Center. My team’s experience here was outstanding, thanks in large part to the incredible staff and leadership. First and foremost, the facility is immaculately clean and well-maintained. It's a welcoming and therapeutic environment, which provided us with great peace of mind. The staff is truly professional, compassionate, and attentive. Everyone, from the nurses to the aides and therapists. They are knowledgeable and clearly take pride in their work. A special mention must be made of the administration. The administrator is phenomenal—approachable, proactive, and deeply caring. You can tell that their strong leadership trickles down, creating a positive and supportive atmosphere for both residents and staff. And we have to give a huge thank you to DON. Her professionalism and kindness does not go unnoticed. She is a standout member of the team who always goes the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. If you are looking for a rehabilitation center that combines a clean facility with expert, heartfelt care under amazing leadership, look no further than Carroll Park. Highly recommended!
