Carrington Court does an amazing job with the memory care residents. Our experience was positive. The residents are given multiple opportunities daily to interact. The weekly bus trips are awesome. Best of all, no pee smell! Amazing staff.

Brad and his team were extremely hospitable in hosting a Dementia Training sponsored by Oasis Senior Advisors with invitees from other assisted living communities throughout Salt Lake and Utah Counties. Their support in allowing Karen Straw from DementiAgility to use their community and to provide all the necessary equipment and snacks was truly a testament to their commitment to helping seniors and others in the senior industry!! Deeply appreciated!!

We have been “over the top” impressed with the care and service our Mom received while living at Carrington Court Memory Care in South Jordan, UT over the past 3 + years. Our family was very involved with weekly visits and activities at Carrington and we were continually impressed with the staff’s kind and attentive care with all their residents, the clean and beautiful facility, the fun & creative activities that involved most every interest, the variety of yummy meals that my Mom always enjoyed, and the how welcoming they’ve been since day one. Many of our extended family and friends have commented on how impressed they were with Carrington’s friendly staff and organized facility as they came to visit. We often heard comments from outside providers (Doctor’s, Physician Assistants, Physical Therapists, Nurses, Dentists, Radiologists, Podiatrists, Mortician, etc) how accommodating Carrington is to work with (and they interact with a lot of other facilities). As our Mom’s health naturally declined, we noticed the extra attention, care, and service the staff provided for her. We were equally amazed at how Carrington & Active Home Health and Hospice’s staff worked seamlessly together to care for her changing needs. They were always communicating with us about how she was doing. It was a comfort to know she was receiving exceptional care. We know how hard it is to choose the best care provider for your loved ones, so that’s why we wanted to leave this review. Our family would highly recommend Carrington Court Assisted Living & Memory Care, along with Active Home Health & Hospice for your loved one.

Our mom has lived at Carrington Court on the assisted care side for almost a year now. We helped move her there after she spent the last two years in a senior independent living apartment. She needed some help with some assisted daily living. Since our mom has been at Carrington it seems as if her memory has improved, her general nature has become more positive, and even her handwriting has gotten better. The staff at Carrington Court is top notch in taking care of her basic needs and checking in on her frequently to see if she needs help with anything. The activities coordinator is fantastic with her energy level and keeping residents involved in the many activities that Carrington Court provides. My Mom even went so far as to say, "With all of the activities and social activities, I barely have time to take a nap!" My Mom is social by nature, so the interaction with the residents and the activities provided have been very valuable in helping her feel like she belongs, and in improving her memory. She has made friends, built relationships, and is very comfortable asking staff for things that she needs, to make her stay there a comfortable one. She really enjoys the food, the movie nights, the bingo, the memory games in social settings, the 'Sit and be Fit' activities, and the Friday bus rides to different places throughout the valley. She has also enjoyed the outdoor social interaction with other residents in the courtyard. My mother is not very tech savvy so the staff has helped her when she has needed help with her TV remote and getting to programs that she has really wanted to watch. Go Jazz! The director of marketing and staff have answered all of our questions in a timely manner, and have gone the extra mile to help us in getting legal documents signed with a notary, scheduling in house doctor's appointments, getting deliveries to my Mom's room, and keeping our Mom informed of everything going on since this COVID-19 epidemic has consumed our lives. We feel that she is very safe with the conditions that the staff has set up to protect our Mom during the epidemic. I truly believe she has been happier at Carrington Court than she has been for quite some time. The staff is always welcoming, caring, and knowledgeable in what each individual residents needs are. We feel truly blessed that the people who work at Carrington care for not only our mothers physical well being, but her emotional well being as well. The positive outlook my Mom has on life has been very heartwarming to witness, and that is in large part of the business model and culture that Carrington Court has created. Thank you!!!!

Carrington Court Assisted Living Is a magical place for its residents, and the family and friends that come to visit! The staff and all those who work at Carrington Court are amazing! They make sure that the residents know that they are at home! The facility is beyond clean and fresh, and each resident has housekeeping every day, and their laundry is taken care of for them as well! The upbeat energy that the staff has is contagious and it has been a great place for my mother to flourish! She loves the outings, the crafts, the activities, the staff, and the independence she has in her own place! We love all of those things too, and the knowledge that she is safe where she is with the medical alert push button necklace gives us peace of mind, and we know that it is a real blessing for her to be at Carrington Court. Another amazing thing that they offer are 15 meal vouchers for family and friends to take advantage of during each month… Yes I said each month! They have a private dining room off of their main dining room for us to use on special occasions, and we have used this several times, and it is such a luxury to have that available to us! They also have special occasion dinners for the holidays where they can invite two guests to come and share a special dinner with them, and enjoy the evening with them! It is really, really fun for all! We just can’t say enough good about Carrington Court, and we know that not all assisted living centers are created equal from personal experience, so we want you to know that as you are looking for somewhere special for your loved ones to call home, you will not be disappointed in Carrington Court!
