During this very difficult time, we had 2 wonderful women that were so kind, patient, thoughtful, and helped us to know what to expect every step of the way. I can honestly say that Tracy & Laura have the biggest hearts, they have a job that not just anyone can do. They care so much about people, and when I needed them most they never left my side!!!

My mother was a patient of Caris Healthcare in 2022. We just celebrated her 3rd death anniversary, August 4th. I am constantly reminded of the tremendous care she experienced while a patient of theirs. Their team went ABOVE AND BEYOND for my mother and me. She was Terri Robbins (Woten); I'm unsure what they had her in their system for. The hospice care team was exemplary in dedicating their time and answering my (her daughter, the PCG) questions whenever I had them. They remained available at all hours and sought to check my needs as a PCG alongside hers, their actual patient. Though I was alone, family-wise, in being the deciding factor in all care needs about my Mother, Caris, was there as my adopted family through Hospice. Had it not been for them, I felt my mom would have died alone, uncomfortable, in pain, and without support. The team who took care of her could never understand my absolute complete gratitude as the caregiver alone, forced to make unimaginable decisions. It took me 3 years to write a proper review, but better late than never. Had my mom been in the right frame of mind when I chose Caris as our hospice, she would have RAVED about the care she was receiving. Caris portrays the absolute most amazing values when caring for a loved one, and they care for their patient and their patient's caregiver. You might not find that beneficial but once you been through it then you understand how critical it is to be cared for as well; being the primary caregiver because you loose yourself during the journey and Caris is there to FIND you, HOLD you, and COMFORT you during the absolute most difficult journey you'll ever endure for a lover one on hospice care. Thank you, Caris, for being what I needed WHEN I needed it, without fully realizing I needed it for myself. Choose Caris because they care with grace ❤️

We are so grateful for the compassionate care our family has received from Caris. From the very beginning, the staff treated our loved one with the utmost dignity, kindness, and respect. Every nurse, aide, and team member we've met has been professional, gentle, and genuinely caring. Special shout out to Angela. Casey, and Shaley. What stands out most is how they’ve also supported us—the family—through every step of this journey. Whether it’s answering our questions, listening when we needed to talk, or just being present, their kindness has meant the world to us. This is a difficult time, but having the support of a team that truly cares makes all the difference. There are not enough words to express how we feel about Caris Health Care in Columbia, TN. They made a very difficult situation easier to bear. They were not only attentive to my mother, they also cared about the family and how we were handling things. The nurses, the techs, the social worker and the office staff were always a comfort and willing to help. Thank you, Caris Health Care, for making my mother’s days leading to her passing easier for her and the family. Sharon Davis
