If I could give a ZERO I would give this place no stars. They used to be great, but apparently now have gone down. They should be reported for elderly abuse. My grandfather was just transferred to them, and they have been highly rude to him and my grandmother. They DID NOT feed my grandfather his dinner, and they have been nothing but horrible. Staff is rude, and disrespectful. I am ashamed that I recommended this place to my family, because it is not the care that they used to give. I would not want anyone to have a loved one be treated the way that my family has been treated. You all should be ashamed.

Shyla in physical therapy is the best, she goes beyond the call of duty. She set up an cones for therapy and then she put me on the toilet and cleaned me up and put a pull up on. She always has a big smile on her face .

My dad has been living at Cartel of Linden for over 2 years. The staff has been courteous and attentive to my dad’s changing needs even during the covid-19 pandemic. Before selecting Symphony of Linden, I did many on-site visit/tours of other facilities in the area. If I had to do it over again – would bring my family member back to Symphony of Linden. Thanks for keeping my dad covid19 free!

I love to visit my grandma here. She enjoys living in such a nice place, I love seeing her so happy.
