The care my mom received from Carediem was top notch. It starts with Jennifer, the owner. She is kind and understanding and easy to work with during difficult times. Her staff that took care of my mom were wonderful to not only my mom, but also to us as a whole family. Thank you Carediem

CareDiem Home Care has been amazing with my father’s care. They came highly recommended, and from the very first conversation, I could tell we were in good hands. The team was not only kind and professional but truly went out of their way to help us—especially with getting his VA benefits started. They followed up regularly and made sure things were moving in the right direction, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. What really stands out is how much they genuinely care about their clients. They’re not just providing a service—they’re advocating and showing up in every way that matters. And I have to give a special shoutout to Paul, our caregiver. He’s been incredible with my dad. He knows exactly how to move him safely and always treats him with such respect and dignity. We feel so lucky to have him. We’ve been so pleased with CareDiem and their whole team. I honestly can’t recommend them enough.

Genuineness—that is the word I choose to describe CareDiem Home Care. The word “genuine” is often used in reviews or to describe services that seem heartfelt, but in many cases, it's simply an expression of appreciation without firsthand understanding. My recommendation, however, is based on personal knowledge and experience. I know the founder of CareDiem personally. Her inspiration for starting this company came from a deeply personal experience: when her own mother became seriously ill, the home care services they received fell short of expectations. As a result, she and her siblings chose to care for their mother themselves—giving her the love, attention, and effort every elderly or seriously ill person truly deserves. That experience—and the love that fueled it—laid the foundation for what has become CareDiem Home Care. For this reason, I wholeheartedly recommend CareDiem to anyone in need of home care services. I can personally attest to the genuineness behind their mission, and the compassion with which they serve their clients.

CareDiem has always been my go-to home care company. When families are searching for care and are not quite ready, I always refer them to CareDiem. All told the caregivers that I have encountered are truly there for the right reasons. You can tell they really care for the clients they are serving. The corporate office and clinical team are always very responsive. I recommend them to anyone searching for home care options!
