The PT, nursing and administration staff are amazing. They have also done a great job working through some annoying insurance issues. Only issues encountered were some lost clothes that the facility is making right and some aide staff not being overly friendly or responsive. Overall if you need PT and or memory care I would highly recommend them. The issues encountered are easily offset by the other folks there who go above and beyond to help the patients and work with the family of the patient. My mother and another relative are both there now and agree on this assessment.

My great grandmother was sent to the hospital for strengthing due to having a multiple falls at home. The hospital recommend Care One as one of the better facilities in the area. Me and my family have never heard of it but trusted the hospital. My family and I appreciate everything that care one has done for my great grandmother. They were very tentative of her needs and got her strong enough to get back home safely.

My dad was recently discharged from CareOne and we couldn't be happier! the rehab was amazing! We weren't even sure he could get home again and he was walking within a week, home by week three. Would recommend to all, super clean, friendly staff, great location. It was recommended to us by his roommate at the hospital!

I have a family member that is a long term resident. On thanksgiving we were able to have dinner with our loved ones in a beautifully set dining room. Meal made by the culinary team. The team served us with smiles and the food was terrific! Thank you for all you do.
