I dealt with two other Home Health agencies and two hospice agencies with my mother. They were decent with her but treated me like a dog. When I needed home health, I was worried but Care IV couldn't have treated me or my husband better. They advocated for me even after I had been discharged from Home Health. They even took time to educate us to work beyond phobias which benefits us both for the rest of our lives. Home Healthcare is a very difficult field and requires a strength most nurses can't manage. We could never truly express how thankful we are to them.

Unprofessional. Neglectful. Liars. We were told in order to go home with our trached daughter, we had to have 24 hour nursing for the first two weeks. They sent over a schedule to the hospital that showed we had nursing, but they LIED about the schedule and we had one nurse that showed up and saved the day. Amanda, the nurse manager, was the most unprofessional, arrogant, flat out rudest lady I have ever dealt with. I asked her politely to leave my house and never return. She treated our nurses terribly and had no business being in the position she was in! I would not be surprised at all if they were sued for neglect or God forbid, were investigated for a death of one of their patients. This company should be shut down!

We used Care IV for my 88-year-old mother with Parkinsonism. Overall, we were very pleased with their professionalism and good nature and encouragement. Mom improved dramatically with their physical therapy. My only complaint is that one of the physical therapists was too hard on my mom, early in her therapy. I understand that people need to be pushed to improve but that session was just too much. Perhaps it was my fault for not insisting that the therapist lighten up. I commented to Care IV and different therapists were sent thereafter, who were wonderful.

Unprofessional. Inconsiderate. Left my sister in a horrible condition for her 7 year old to come home to. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy
