We love Care IV Home Health. My mom used their service twice this year and both times they were fantastic. From our initial contact with the administration staff we have been more Than pleased.. we had OT, PT, and RN all providing home health services weekly. The communication and coordination between staff was consistently on point. Their staff received weekly updates at their staff meetings so they always entered our home fully prepared.

Rude and argumentative , from the nurses in my residence, , to the office workers/supervisors. Fend for yourself. You'll get better treatment. Nothing at all is better than anything from Care IV.

I was trying to get my physical therapy and ot therapy authorize and they didn’t. And many things got wrong.
