After my father’s hospital stay, he was transferred to Vacaville Ranch Post Acute Care. Because I am non-mobile, I wasn’t able to easily visit him, which was incredibly difficult for me. I cannot say enough about Yari, the Director of Business Development. She went above and beyond to make accommodations so I could spend time with my father. Her kindness, professionalism, follow-up, and genuine compassion meant more to me than I can express. She didn’t just do her job—she truly cared, and that made all the difference during a very emotional time. When it came time for my father’s discharge, Tenzin was equally wonderful. Her helped connect us with resources and made the transition as smooth and stress-free as possible. Her patience, knowledge, and willingness to help were greatly appreciated. I am sincerely grateful to both Yari and Tenzin for their outstanding care and support. They made a challenging situation much easier for our family, and their dedication did not go unnoticed. Thank you both for treating us with such kindness and respect.

Upon receiving directions to a room, I found my mother comfortably set in her bed with a clean room and water in a picture for her to drink she was looking and feeling a lot better than she had the last time I'd seen her. Thank you for your treatment and for your care for my mother!

A few of us girls went to go visit a friend of ours at the Ranch, it was our first time and I was pretty impressed. I’m in healthcare and have also been in several rehab facilities visiting friends and family and it was impressive how nice the staff was, they were helpful, and there was plenty of staff around. It was clean and did not have that awful typical aroma you find at most care facilities. Anyways, I would personally feel comfortable recommending or even putting my family member in here if needed. It was a pleasant experience. Thank you!

Vacaville Ranch Post Acute has been taking great care of my Father in Law and working hard to get him back on his feet so he can return home. Every staff member is kind and caring. We are thankful for all their hard work. After a Horrible Experience at a different facility, we couldn’t be more pleased with the level of care He is receiving here.
