We were referred to Derek by a church friend (Lilly). My wife called and he immediately took the information for placing my mother in law. Derek escorted us to 3 properties on a Wednesday. As soon as we left the 3rd facility, my wife decided to go with the first one. She called Derek immediately and he said he was happy and he thought it was the best facility he has seen in a while. He knows the owners ( both RN's ) and most of the staff. He is truly professional and expert in his field. Elderly and Care and placement and his expertise. We trust Derek and had the most pleasant experience possible as we navigate this difficult transition. We recommend Derek for all your elderly senior care needs. He is so polite and professional! Derek is the real deal! Not all placement specialist are created equal and it was easy for me to see that Derek is the best of the best. My mother and I were introduced to Derek about 5 years ago when we received a diagnosis of Alzheimers for our Aunt/Great Aunt. He listened to our needs and preferences and toured us to several residence care homes. Our time needs became so critical with my Great Aunts health, had we not had the expertise and guidance as promptly as Derek provided, we would have been lost.
