They took care of my dad this past year. Great service, always communicated with me when a caregiver called out, and never once made me and my mom feel helpless. The people in the office were always polite and helpful. Also, my dad needed physical therapy and we were told from day one that they didn't offer skilled nursing services. I don't know what the other review from Donna P is talking about. Great company and excellent service. Thank y'all for helping me and my dad.

The people there do not show up or call when they are supposed to show up. It takes care of my in Laws that or disabled And can hardly get around for the past week. They have not even showed up or called.and when they do show up, they complain about doing their job or halfway. Do their job or have a attitude. Towards my in laws So I have been going there and taking care of them that's out of my way an I have kids and stuff that it takes me away from because they can't do their job.

I gave all the details of the help I needed and was assured several times that they could help- the nurse comes for the free assessment and tells me that they don't offer skilled nursing and she cannot check over my mom- what's the point of having a nurse come for an assessment then??? Very misleading and very disappointing- in response to the reply from care advantagey- I explained in great detail exactly what I needed when I spoke with the man at care advantage- I was never told it wasn't offered in my area in fact I was told it wouldn't be a problem-the "nurse" today told me no nursing was offered in my area but that a sales rep may be able to schedule something with someone else- another company or something- if that's not misleading I don't know what is-i was not the only one there and not the only one who listened to the nurse and was disappointed- no need to keep going on- just wanted to let me people know about my experience- hopefully we can find the help we need elsewhere
