My daughter is my caregiver and what a true blessing. She comes early when I ask, she cleans, cooks and does everything. Brings me morning donuts!!! Care Advantage has also been the best!! They introduced us to ACG Hospice and what a Blessing. Ms Jennifer at Care Advantage has been a blessing to me because she us such a blessing to my daughter Sharon McQuerry. My caregiver Erica Dunlap has an excellent work ethic!! She goes above and beyond what I ask. The work she does is amazing and efficient. She has a great attitude and very easy to talk to. I am truly blessed to have Erica as my caregiver!!

The staff that I’ve encountered very good very professional however, when it comes to upper management, the last-minute staffing issues. The promise of a raise after a 30 day trial period only for six months in to we still be paying nurses minimum wage is absolutely insane. It’s sad that a kid fresh out of high school can go flip burgers and make three dollars more an hour than people you guys send to other people‘s homes to care for them. It blows my mind how you expect someone the faithfully work for you and be reliable when you pay them less than every fast food chain in the area.

Care Advantage is highly recommended! We've been using Care Advantage since April of this year to help with my father's care. All the staff is professional and courteous. Courtney Bailey, his CNA, is professional and always willing to help. She treats my parents with respect and great care. I can ask her to manage a task and know that it will be done. She leaves us notes if she needs to provide feedback on him and always makes us feel like he is being taken care of. We appreciate this company and their staff.
