I've used practically all the home health agencies in San Angelo, for almost 3 years now,and none of them would give me notice that they weren't sending anyone over,if I had someone come in for a month all together was a miracle.there were many times my family member didnt eat or get taken care of because TLC,Visiting Angels didnt do their job although they were getting paid regardless. ,i could name more,until I came upon Caprock, not once have they not sent someone or called ahead of time to let me know , it's been such a wonderful change since they started helping my brother. I highly recommend Caprock to anyone who needs a home health agency. They understand and anything you need, they are there and they care.
