My Mother-In-Law has been a resident at Capistrano Senior Living for about 3 months. I have seen a lot of good changes and love what they have done for my Mother-In-Law. I know she can be difficult, she has had no complaints. Her only concern has been that she didn't move in sooner. She has made many new friends. We appreciate how they look out for each other. We love the food and the staff. Activities we cannot say enough about! There is always something to do. There is great entertainment at times, I'm impressed with the quality of singing and music. I am happy that we have my Mother-in-Law there, been our best decision, yet it was a hard one. We are happy that we made the right one.

My partner was there for several weeks. He was transferred from the hospital to Capistrano, after having back surgery caused by a blood infection. The nursing staff took wonderful care of him, as did the physical therapist and occupational therapist. The entire staff is top notch. I was a daily visitor……the place is clean, friendly, caring and kind. Health and safety are a priority for staff, visitors and clients. Very nice place, walking paths, patios. A super great place and wonderful staff❤️

I spent 45 days in the facility while I recovered from back surgery and a blood infection. The facility is modern, clean and well maintained. While I was there my room was cleaned daily and I received excellent knowledgeable nursing care, physical therapy, and occupational therapy. They offered a wide selection of food that was served three times daily with snacks in the afternoon. The staff was caring and responsive to all my needs.

My husband stayed at the assisted living facility for several months in 2020. He enjoyed the activities, outings (before the covid restrictions) and food. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff was very professional and caring, and they often went beyond their duty to make sure he was comfortable and tried to accommodate all his requests. I am very grateful for their hard work and dedication.

Brookdale Senior Living in San Juan Capistrano is a wonderful facility. We moved our elderly mother into her little "studio" type apartment earlier this year. We are very pleased with how smooth the transition was for her. The care giving staff is excellent; very kind and helpful. And the Activities Team is wonderful. They work very hard to plan activities that engage as many of the residents as possible As a result of their thoughtful and caring approach to all of the seniors, they have created a very welcoming environment. I could never have anticipated how easy the move would be for my mom, and how much she would enjoy her new "home". She feels safe there. I am very grateful to everyone at Brookdale SJC for taking excellent care of my mom.
