My mother, father and grandmother reside there. My mother like to frequent the activity area on the first floor. Some times she has to use the restroom and she has to walk all the way down the hall to her apartment because the facility decided to lock the restroom doors. Do you know how many elderly people live in that building that may have to use the restroom quick fast and in a hurry???? That's ridiculous!

Since the new owner took over things has gone down hill just waiting for my granny to tell me she's ready to move from that place
