Staff is EXTREMELY rude. Management and reception mostly. God forbid you ask them questions, or need them to do their job. If they will treat potential clients like that, I can only imagine how their residents are being treated.

This place is horrible. The staff is just there to get a check. They don't care about the people there. The smell is horrible. They handle the patients roughly and they are disrespectful. You won't be able to rest well while your love ones are here.

I haven’t had a loved one stay here however I have had a great experience working with the post acute care team, Kennisha and Kenidra, with getting patients to these facilities quickly. We have several pts who had requested Cambridge as a top choice for rehab. Any business has things they can work on. No place is perfect. Unless you work on the administrative side of a skilled nursing facility you have no idea what regulations/ barriers the facility faces to be able to give care to patients. I appreciate all that you guys do.

Please pay attention to the reviews. If you care ANYTHING about your family member please DO NOT send them here! My uncle was a resident here and during his time the staff was nasty and unaccountable. He passed away yesterday and his daughter called the facility to let them know they were coming to get his things the next day and to not touch anything. Barely 24 hours later and not only is a new tenant in my uncles room but his stuff was thrown into trash bags in the shower room??!! First of all, why do we as the family have to hunt down his things? And why are they in a shower room??? As if that weren't bad enough they allowed something to leak in the bag and get his clothes wet and they BROKE a sentimental item gifted to him. We brought all issues to the staffs attention and everyone played dumb. This place has no respect for the tenants or their families. I'm sorry my uncle spent his last days with these vultures.

My father in law was unfortunately at this place for rehab and then long term care. Their staff are not friendly and seem to be incompetent. They gave no detailed information to us regarding his care, support plan, or updates. It's common to find dirty bandages and medical supplies left all over the room. They were not kind to him at all, yelling is their specialty!! He fell and injured himself several times, they acted like it was all his fault. The day he passed away when we walked in nobody greeted us, nobody came to his room to express condolences, and as always there was no compassion shown. Elder care is expensive and hard to find, I hope people mark this one off the list for options!!
