I was very pleased with the care my mother received at JAG Burbank Parke. Her last days were with a very kind and caring staff. The nursing staff discussed the needs of my mom as an individual not just another resident. The aides were so tender with her, everyone knew her from physical therapy, the dining hall, and laundry. This place is clean. People are friendly. Plan of Care meetings are held. Doctors and staff keep family up to date with any health care issues. Our mother likes this home allot better then the one we had her in before we came to Burbank Parke Care Center.

My friend Bonnie Alsatian was a patient at JAG and she was very happy with all the care and how attentive And kind everyone was. The follow up from the staff was excellent in all departments! Thank you so much for taking such great care of her!

My brother was a resident at JAG in Burbank, Ohio for over two years. During that time he received EXCELLECT care by a team of professional, caring people. When he first arrived at JAG his health was very poor but they were able to restore him to an active lifestyle. The attitude of the entire staff is very upbeat and it is easy to see that they really care about their residents. To them it is more than just a job.... it is dedication! Thanks to them my brother was able to enjoy his best quality of life. I never had to worry about anything regarding his care because i knew he was in the best place possible. For that I am extremely grateful and highly recommend JAG Burbank Parke.
