Do your research before moving here. It’s crazy there is 2 other reviews on her behavior below mine .In my experience, the property manager, Cassandra Calhoun, has made living at Buckhead Flats very unpleasant. I have personally found her to be disrespectful and unprofessional in the way she interacts with residents. She frequently asks personal questions that have nothing to do with managing the property, and I have witnessed behavior that I found inappropriate. I have also observed her entering or being around residents’ apartments in situations that raised serious concerns for me. Maintenance and resident issues do not seem to be handled promptly and often appear to be addressed only on her timeline.Instead of working with residents to resolve concerns, I have experienced threats of lease notices being placed on doors, along with late-evening knocks on residents’ doors, sometimes close to 8:00 p.m. or later. These interactions have created an uncomfortable living environment.<br>I believe Buckhead Flats’ management should carefully evaluate how this property is being managed and consider gathering anonymous resident feedback through a survey. Residents deserve to feel respected, have their privacy honored, and know that their concerns will be handled professionally and in a timely manner.
