What a wonderful place to get back on your feet. Great staff and obviously very well run rehab. We do and will recommend it to our patients and their families.

My mother has received good care, kindly administered. The staff is dedicated and hard working, and the administration is responsive and helpful. I am an RN, and have had experience dealing with long term care in many areas, and I would not have my mom in any other place.

Great people who care so much about giving their residents the best possible environment in which to rehab for a few weeks or to live out their days So many activities to give meaning and interest to their everyday.

Horrible place. Don't be surprised to find your loved one drugged or dead. Poor treatment of the residents and very understaffed. Most staff stands in a circle or sits in the dining hall all day. There may be 1 person sitting inside at the main desk during the nght .

Bryan Health and Rehabilitation is not a facility I would recommend. My mother-in-law was in this facility for 2 months for rehabilitation after having a stroke. She left this facility in a worsened state. The CNAs do as little as possible and are not properly supervised. The nurses are under-staffed and provide poor medical care as a result. Furthermore, there is rarely a doctor available to see patients, their processes and procedures for wound care need to be revisited, and there needs to be more staff accountability. In 2 months, my mother-in-law developed 4 bed sores, 2 are very severe bed sores. She received very little physical therapy and we had to be her constant advocates to have basic medical care provided. We had to visit and/or call constantly to have her wounds treated once they developed. After much insistence, she was finally taken to a hospital with severe wounds and an infection. She has since been moved by us to a new facility. Unless, Bryan Health and Rehabilitation is totally overhauled (new processes and procedures, increased staff accountability, and more on-site clinicians) I WOULD NOT recommend anyone stay one day in this facility.
