I am aware everyone’s experiences are unique. As our Pop transfers out of Broward Nursing today and into hospice care, we are truly grateful and thankful for the care and attention he received at Broward Nursing. Nurse Toni was always ready for him and his attitude. But we could not have asked for a better support member than Javier (Javi). He was ALWAYS caring and attentive and helpful for Pop. From relaying information to ensuring he was making his VA medical appointments (no easy feat), he was always available, helpful and pleasant. We are truly grateful and appreciative. Thank you again. I'm pleased with the experience I had with this facility and staff members. Visiting my mother there from May 22-25, I was met with friendly faces beginning with the front office people, the nurses and aides, diety, etc. Charlie is a gem! What an asset he is. It was a pleasure to talk with him. The facility is clean, the dining room is a joy to be in. I was impressed with the decor- and the food looked and smelled delicious. My mother liked the food and snacks! Thanks to all of the hardworking staff members who made a difficult time (broken hip) easier on this daughter who lives far away in another state. You put my mind at ease! I'm grateful.

From the moment she arrived, the staff made her feel comfortable, respected, and genuinely cared for. A special thank you goes to **Michael, Melia, Rose, and Josie**, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure my mother received exceptional care. Their kindness, patience, professionalism, and genuine concern for her well-being made a difficult time much easier for our family. We would also like to recognize **Teresa**, the Kitchen Manager, making sure my mother's dietary needs were met with care and consideration. Her dedication did not go unnoticed. A heartfelt thank you as well to **Laquavia**, the Admissions Director, whose professionalism, and warm demeanor made the admission process smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly helpful and supportive every step of the way. It is clear that this facility is staffed by people who truly care about their residents and their families. I am extremely happy with the care my mom received. After she fell and fractured her pelvis, I chose this facility because of its convenient location, but it exceeded all my expectations. She stayed there for three weeks, and the level of care was outstanding. The rehab team worked diligently to get her moving again, and I could see real progress throughout her stay. The staff was wonderful—always polite, attentive, and generous with their time. They were also very accommodating, taking the time to discuss options like meal alternatives and even room transfers. Most importantly, the professionalism of the entire team truly stood out. They clearly know their fields, and I felt confident that my mom was safe and in good hands. Thanks to their care, she healed well, and I am very grateful. Make sure to visit the courtyard if you go. they have the cutest little birds.

My mom lived at this facility for approx. four years, and our family is truly grateful for the care and compassion she received. Many of the caregivers treated her with kindness, patience, and dignity, and that meant everything to us. Over the past year, under new management, we have seen wonderful improvements. The leadership has made positive changes, the facility is being thoughtfully updated, and the resident rooms are being redone and refreshed. The difference in the overall environment is noticeable and very encouraging. I would confidently recommend this facility to other families. Staying involved and maintaining open communication with the staff helped ensure my mom received the best possible care, and the team was always receptive and supportive. Thank you to the dedicated staff members who cared for her during her time there. Our family will always appreciate the support and love she received.
