I have been at Aviata for two years. Everyone has always treated me kindly and courteous. When I have outside doctors appointments, I always ask for someone to go with me. They send Brenda and she is always helpful. She does a very good job. I appreciate all of the staff here. The therapy staff is exceptional. They all show you alot of respect and want to help every patient here. They are all very encouraging at all times. Thank you for all the help and work that you do with me.

I've been to several hospitals and rehab and this is by far in the top 3. The staff really does care and wants to help your situation. No one has said no when I asked for any type of help. Their crystal ball is broken,you need to tell them what you need and they are more than willing to help.

I came to Aviata at the Sea Harbor Beach on 9/16/25 from another sister facility to be closer to my family. Since being here, I have had no issues with the staff or other residents. I enjoy going down for activities, and I especially love when we play cards.

Hi my name Anthen Jackson I will like to say I want to think the people who help me in who made my my welcome stayed there at Aviata the sea Harbor bech these or the people who treated me good Joyce Kathy Brenda Shirley she give me a name cheeseburger. James Kimberly and the social worker Maureen. I was there for 9 months then went to the hospital and went to another facility as they had given my bed up. A few weeks later I sent them fed ex labels to mail my belongings to me. When I first got there I had been mugged at the train station and I had nothing 2 huge suitcases gone my purse, teeth etc. So over the next 9 months I spent a couple thousand dollars on clothes, shoes, hygiene items,nightgown, hair dryer etc. I was so excited when it got here to my new nursing home. We'll I was so shocked I cried for days. They stole almost everything I had ordered. I had like 2 shirts, 1 pair of shorts my laptop which was now broken. So I reached out to corporate, Andy the manager kept telling me for months he would send me the money. We'll it's been 4 months I haven't recieved 1 penny and now he won't even answer the phone. I being a senior citizen living on ss am so DISGUSTED WITH ALIVITA BY SEA HARBOR. PLEASE DONT SEND ANYONE YOU KNOW THERE. THEY ROB SENIOR CITIZENS.
