Brookville was easy to deal with and his caregiver always showed up early and was extremely helpful when taking care of my dad. The administrators were available to handle any complications or concerns relating to my dad’s care. I highly recommend Brookville Home Care for anyone that needs help for a family member.

My mother required 24 hour care for over a month at her home. Brookvile Home Care was excellent and very responsive to our needs and any changes we needed. The Aides were very nice, caring and trustworthy.<br>I would definitely recommend Brookville Home Care to anyone that needs care at home for a loved one.

Choosing a Home Care Agency for my mom was one of the hardest decisions I have ever had to make. I eventually chose to have Mom live full-time in one of the residential houses at Brookville Home Care, and it was a decision that brought our family immense peace. The house manager, LeeAnn, treated Mom with a profound level of dignity and respect.<br>The caregivers here didn't just "perform tasks"—they became true companions and friends to both Mom and me. Every responsibility was carried out with genuine compassion and kindness, whether it was cooking her favorite meals or ensuring she maintained her dignity by always choosing her favorite clothes while being cleaned and dressed.<br>I want to give a special shout-out to James, the administrator, who was always available to answer my questions and provide guidance by phone. An extra special shout-out goes to the aides, Elenita and Rosalie, who were with my mom from the very beginning to the end. I would also like to thank Neddy and Trudy for always checking on Mom and being there for her during their shifts. Every person who had a stake in Mom’s care was compassionate, patient, and deeply empathetic. They will forever be a part of my family.
