Two weeks in and I couldn't be more pleased. The entire process was smooth and the staff here are fantastic! Everyone from Patricia in the leasing office and the others I have met so far: Geralyn who spent a lot of time talking with me going over the lease requirements, and all of the wonderful things offered here at Brookfield Highlands, Mandi and Randi who took my calls prior to moving in and answered all my questions, checked on things for me like washer/dryer hookups, etc. And Tim from Facilities/Maintenance who came immediately when I was having trouble with my keys and quickly resolved the issue. Housekeeping was here on moving day to tidy up/resolve any concerns from the renovations and were so nice. The team is very welcoming, helpful and friendly and I believe really care about the residents here and seem to enjoy their work. I am very appreciative and happy to be here. It feels like home already.

After much research we decided Brookfield Highlands was the place for us. It’s affordable and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
