I toured 8 facilities in a week trying to find a place to move mom (she had 30 days notice to relocate from her previous home). From the start, Brookfield Park was at the top of my list. Long story short, they called end of that week with an opening. The staff are excellent communicators, the facility is clean and comfortable, beautifully decorated for the area. I always feel welcome when I arrive for a visit, and the staff will go above and beyond to help fulfill a need or request.

I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone to Brookfield Park! You’ll not find a better class of staff and caregivers for your loved one! The cleanliness of the entire facility can’t be matched anywhere! Also it is always decorated so beautiful and fun for every holiday and season! You won’t be disappointed and can feel comfortable knowing your loved one is well cared for and safe there!

Brookefield Park has been by far the best 2nd home for my mother! Covid threw so many new rules and regulations for the staff, changing each day and sometimes by the hour. I was employed at Brookefield Park during that time and it was a hard time for all. I applaud all the team members and the Leadership team for doing what was best for the residents and team members with the knowledge they were given!! Brookefield Park has been a family choice for us. My father, mother, grandmother, great aunts, great uncles and even some aunts and uncles have stayed here. To us it felt like family taking care of family. And to us, that is what we wanted!! If you are looking for a facility that not only listens to your loved ones wishes but also families wishes and treats you like family…You will not find anyone better than Brookefield Park!

About a year ago we had to make the difficult decision to put my mom in an assisted care home. At the time ,with covid being bad our options were very limited. Brookfield Park had some openings and although it was a 20 minute drive we didn't have a lot of choices. The first time I talked to them I was immediately put at ease. Angie Helser was very friendly and compassionate. Kristen at the front desk is always so friendly and helpful, as are all of the staff from the caregivers, nurses, maintenance, food service, housekeeping and management. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this home and can't thank them enough for taking care of my mom.

Brookefield Park is amazing. The staff is so caring and friendly and treat my mom like she's the only resident. Administration to Housekeeping and everyone in between are so very loving towards my mom and make her feel spoiled and special. I'm so glad that my mom can spend her later years being pampered and taken care of.
