This place is the waste of your money. They don't help the patience to it on the bus to go to the doctor office. And he miss lots of Doctor appointment . This is awful. My dad was a patient there. And if I could, I would get this place at 0? And no one cares and helps you. They are understaff. This place is disappointing. I think it's a big joke. I would not send a dog here.

Keep in mind if moving someone here that almost all of the residents have dementia. You will not be told that upon renting. They had a fire and moved my 90 yr old relative to their other facility and put in a room with another resident, during covid, on a mattress on the FLOOR. Only one hard chair in the room and one small TV. This was for weeks, I understand things can happen but putting a 90yr old on a mattress on the floor for weeks is not ok. Also any opportunity to raise the rent will be taken advantage of. I gave 2 stars because there a few good people that work there and they know who they are.

These people are very rude and opinionated, we was doing an estate sale for a 86 yr old client, we decided to help this client by packing up her stuff, renting a uhaul, and moving her to their facility, we witnessed her calling them (from the number on the brochure) and they told her to come anytime and she can move in so around 8pm we was done loading up everything she was taking and left, come to find out she wasn't able to move in yet (after she was told so and now they blaming her saying she could of called the wrong place) BUT they did allow our people to unload her stuff there but told her and us she couldn't stay (all of her personal items are packed up) and being an hr away from her home we got her a hotel room, fed her and made sure she had her pills. The next day she was picked up by them and approved to move in. NOW they trying to tell her family my company Abandoned her and we lost the contract, all for trying to help her when no one else was

It is like home and my Mom is so very up beat and happy here. Thank you to the staff for all they do to make her safe and like she matters. It took a long time to find a place like this and we're so pleased with them for the care they give and the attitude that everyone matters.
